Annual Pet Adoption Event
The Pierce College Veterinary Technology Program holds an annual pet adoption event every spring to find adoptive homes for the dogs and cats that have been used in veterinary technician student training over the past academic year.

Hi! My name is Cricket and I'm so full of love. Give me some chin scratches and I'm your best friend for life. I would love a home where I can spend time with you in a blanket cuddled up on the couch, it would be my favorite biscuit making workstation. I haven't been too interested in interacting with other cats but have had no conflicts with them either.

Hi! My name is Firefly. I'm a very friendly kitty and would love to be the newest member of your family. I think climbing up as high as I can is much more fun than any toy and would prefer to be in a home with a cat tree or some kitty shelves! I also get along with other kitties, and I'm just fine hanging around with them — I might even offer to play a bit!

I love being an independent solo kitty! I am petite but I have a big personality! I love loafing around and taking in the scenery of the great big world with my massive eyes. Don't mind my grumpy face, I'm a sweetie! If you need a good laugh, just a glance my way can brighten your day! I would do okay in a household with other pets but would need plenty of time to adjust.

I am very weary of other pets and most people but given the time I will make biscuits and find my home in your lap. I prefer a home with no other kitties, dogs, or children. I'm not a big player but I'm sure as soon as we get home and I'm comfortable I would be up for some fun! I have the softest fur and the biggest heart; I just need the chance to show you!

I am not sure how I feel about dogs but I think with time I could get along. I do really well with other kitties but I would still like a slow introduction to any new housemates. I am not a fan of dogs, but I can occasionally get along with another kitty. I will just need lots of patience and time to adjust.
