Pierce College is committed to serving undocumented students through a holistic approach that encompasses personal guidance, peer mentoring, counseling, community building, referrals to immigration legal services, and other forms of individualized support. • Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP)
  • Provides direct legal services for those impacted by sexual assault and violence, detention and deportation, citizenship status, DACA, and more.

  • Provides immigration services, education and employment services, victim advocacy, and more.

  • Provides knowledge and resources to feel prepared in our unpredictable political and enforcement environment. Connects to both local and national immigration support programs.
• U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) Document Fee Waiver
  • Fee waivers are available to help reduce cost of documents and applications, including certification of naturalization, replacing identification cards, and more.

  • An interactive tool that provides legal information based on what interaction you are stopped by the police.

  • Offers resources on a variety of topics, including a step-by-step family preparedness plan.
