Project Management
Project Management
Project management skills are used in most occupations. The Pierce College Project Management program teaches students to apply industry standards to plan, execute, monitor, control and close a project.

Project management classes are available online and must be taken in sequence. A new sequence starts in the fall and winter quarters only.
The Project Management program has two options: the Pierce long certificate and Pierce short certificate.
- The long certificate is 28–30-credits and you can complete it in less than one year.
- The short certificate is a two-class Project Management option.
To start the certificate, students must have earned a 2.0 grade point average or better in Business 105, English 101, or equivalent. You may request advisor or instructor's permission as an alternative.
